2. General

This website is merely a showcase for private sales listings. There are no user accounts, no contact form, no online shop, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising, no social media plugins and no embedded third-party content (all fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by [name and address of hosting provider]. When you visit the pages, the web server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system, amount of data transferred and HTTP status code.

This data is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and to fend off attacks, and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after [7] days. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.

4. Language cookie

When you switch the language (English/German), a cookie named lang is stored. It only contains the value "en" or "de" and expires after one year. Its sole purpose is to remember your language choice. This cookie is strictly necessary for a function you explicitly requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG), so no consent is required. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can delete the cookie in your browser at any time. No other cookies are set.

5. Contact by email

The "Inquiry" button opens your own email program; the website itself does not transmit any data. If you send us an email, we process your email address, your name (if provided) and the content of your message in order to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to complete a sale. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract), otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Offers you send us by email are noted internally for the respective listing (name, email address, amount, date).

The data is deleted once the inquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. for records of a completed sale) apply.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this site uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in your browser's address bar.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access to the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21).
